Problem

CBRE uses the Salesforce, ‘Force.com’ developer ecosystem to build custom applications for mission critical operations. The key functions of the system are to serve as an interface between building developers and contractors. CBRE requested key functionality built into a centralized responsive application on top of the Force.com ecosystem.

Solution

Through interviews with stakeholders we were able to define the types of key users utilizing the application and create personas from them. This was very important because for each type of user, custom views were used to deliver appropriate data. The important utilities for every user of the application are managing; facilities, systems, people, sales data, projects, and reports. These functions needed to be built using components on the Salesforce Lightning Network and must be fully responsive for use on all devices.
